f’east is an annual food festival by Far East Malls that offers attractive deals in partnership with their F&B establishments. We were tasked to develop an all-rounded customer experience to attract consumers to experience f’east 2018 in Far East Malls and promote their loyalty programme.

Words to Eat By

The key visual features a gigantic f’east logo in middle. Upon closer inspection, viewers will pick out the rainbow of cuisines and flavours that showcase the many cuisines all 13 malls have to offer. It promises a variety of dining experiences to whet the appetite and drive audiences to check them out at Far East Malls.

Social Game

Hungry Chloe

Hungry Chloe is a social-by-design Facebook newsfeed game challenging players to make sure Chloe eats lots of delicious food from Far East Organization’s retail business units. 

Players will then enter a lucky draw after hitting the minimum points and stand to win attractive prizes and shopFarEast points.

Game Mechanics

Players move Chloe in order to gobble up all the delicious food before the timer runs out. Players with the highest Shiok score will win exciting prizes. Like all Newsfeed Smartapps, users will play the game natively on Facebook upon clicking the link. All data captured will be shared with Far East Organization to help build their database.
